The Hospitality 3.0 Symposium focused on redefining hospitality globally by addressing ecological, social, and cultural challenges through a new understanding of hospitality across sectors such as travel, education, entertainment, wellness, workplace, and retail.

A collaborative space for addressing ecological, social, and cultural challenges within any business or initiative, aimed at developing strategies that resonate with local and global communities and engage the next generation of socially conscious consumers.

HOSPITALITY 3.0 FRAMEWORK

The Hospitality 3.0 framework emphasizes the balance between technological advancement and nurturing environments that foster community, belonging, and growth, to address contemporary challenges such as ecological, societal, and cultural crises stemming from the rapid adoption of new technologies. This exploration is anchored in four foundational pillars: universality, sustainability, fluidity, and kineticism.
